Katie has been a Mortgage Consultant for 7 years and has solid expertise.  Prior to loan originating, she spent a year at Burnet Title.  Katie originates loans and assists home buyers and Realtors with mortgage-related questions, loan documents, closing arrangements, file maintenance and auditing.    Customers have enjoyed working with Katie, sharing their delight with her excellent communication and customer service skills.

Cathy comes to PHH from Target Corporation, where she was a Project Lead in Property Development.  She originates loans and supports our Realtor partners in growing their business through dual advertising, customer gift programs, seminar/speaking engagements, community event sponsorships and effective networking.
